KOHO says all steps must be completed within 30 days of signup. Its troubleshooting guidance says the purchase must be one transaction of at least $20; split purchases do not trigger the referral reward.

Use the KOHO card for one eligible purchase of at least $20 within the 30-day window.

KOHO says the referrer's reward varies by plan and can be up to $100. That is the existing member's potential reward, not the new visitor's signup cash.
