Bremo services

Your request and privacy

When you submit a service request, Bremo stores the city or town, postal or ZIP code, project type, notes, email address, consent record, request reference, and any campaign or referral codes attached to the page link in a private owner-only request store.

We use the request to reply about your inquiry. Campaign and referral codes help us identify where a request came from; they do not establish a completed referral or commission. We do not sell your details or share them with a service business unless you separately approve an introduction. We do not collect payment details, government identification, or precise street addresses through this form.

Unmatched requests are reviewed for deletion after 30 days. A request may be retained longer only when you ask us to continue the conversation or an identified business, accounting, or dispute record requires review.

To ask about a request or deletion, use the same service form, put your reference and request in the notes, and use the same email address. We will verify the request before changing or deleting a record.

If Geoapify area search is enabled, text entered into that search is sent to Geoapify to provide suggestions. You can instead fill in the city and postal fields directly. The form stores only the fields described above, not a selected street address or map coordinates. See Geoapify privacy information.

For partnership enquiries, we also store the business details you choose to include in your notes. We use them to review and discuss the proposed relationship. Submitting an enquiry does not enroll you in a marketing list or approve a partnership. Do not include customer records, government identification or insurance policy numbers.

Business pages measure actions such as outgoing link clicks, calculator use and copied page links with the existing site analytics. Form values, search text, email addresses and request references are not included in these event fields. A recorded click or share action does not prove a completed purchase or referral.
