How it works
Book your dates
Pick your dates and where you want the car. You get a confirmation with your total and a quick licence check, usually the same day.
Get the car
It's delivered to your address, or picked up in Waterloo. The car is unlocked remotely and the key card is inside.
Drive
Press the brake, select Drive and go. When you're done, park it where you got it and it's locked remotely.

Prices in Canadian dollars, plus 13% HST. A refundable security deposit is held at pickup and released after return. No platform booking fees.

Your booking is confirmed personally, usually the same day. Nothing is charged until it's confirmed.
Good to know
Who can rent?
Drivers with a valid full licence (G or equivalent) and government ID. A quick check is done before pickup so the car is ready when you arrive.
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere within 100 km of Waterloo for a flat $39.99, including Kitchener, Cambridge, Guelph, London and Toronto. The fee covers drop-off and pickup at the same address. Picking up in Waterloo is free.
Is there a kilometre limit?
No. Every trip includes unlimited kilometres.
I've never driven a Tesla. Is it hard?
Not at all. There's no start button: press the brake, select Drive and go. You get a short guide with your booking.
How does charging work?
The car uses Tesla Superchargers and most public chargers, and the map shows chargers along your route. Return with about the same battery level you picked up with. Otherwise charging is billed at cost.
Can I bring a pet or a child seat?
Yes. Pets are welcome, please remove any pet hair before return. A child seat is available, mention it in your booking.
What's not allowed?
No smoking or vaping, no off-road driving and no racing. Tolls, tickets and Supercharging during your trip are passed on at cost.
When do I pay?
Only after your booking is confirmed. You'll get the total, including delivery and HST, before anything is charged.
