The whole policy, in plain words.
If you buy a Bremo playbook and it did not help you, ask for your money back within 30 days of the purchase and you get it back in full. You do not have to explain yourself, prove you read it, or return anything, because a PDF cannot be returned.
Email hello@bremo.io from the address you bought with, or quote your order number. Refunds go back to the card you paid with and take however long your bank takes, usually a few business days.
We offer this because it is fair, and because we would rather refund one person than have anyone feel taken. If you find yourself buying and refunding repeatedly, we will stop selling to you, which seems reasonable to everyone involved.
If you pay in cryptocurrency, the payment is final. We cannot reverse a blockchain transaction, and neither can anyone else. That is stated on the payment screen before you send anything, and it is repeated here so there is no surprise later.
Check the receiving address on screen character by character against what your wallet shows before you confirm a send. Coin sent to the wrong address is gone permanently.
Every price on this site is in Canadian dollars, CAD. The number on the button is the number you pay. Nothing is added at checkout.
If your card is issued outside Canada, your own bank may apply a foreign exchange or cross border fee. That fee is your bank's, not ours, and we never see it.
You are buying a PDF you keep. There is no subscription, no account to create, and no recurring charge of any kind.
Bremo playbooks are general financial education about how products, rules and arithmetic work in Canada. They are not personalised financial, tax, mortgage, or legal advice, and reading one does not make anyone your adviser. Offers, rates and rules change. Always check the current terms with the institution before you act.
Card payments are processed by a third party payment processor on its own pages. Bremo never sees, handles, or stores your card number.
We keep your email address, what you bought, when, and the amount, because that is what a receipt and a refund require. We do not sell it and we do not rent it.
One address, read by a human: hello@bremo.io. Bremo is published by Allastair Voss.
