Is a prenup enforceable in Canada?

Yes, if it was signed voluntarily, with full financial disclosure, and each party had Independent Legal Advice. Without ILA, courts routinely set them aside.

Can it cover spousal support?

Yes, but support waivers are heavily scrutinized. We draft them with limits and conditions to maximize enforceability.
