Common questions

Is this legal advice?

No. The wizard explains the procedural use of each form and generates court-ready PDFs. The substance of what to claim, plead, or argue is your decision. For legal advice we refer to licensed members of the LSO.

How is this different from filling forms myself?

Three ways: plain-language wizard so you do not need to interpret legal jargon; auto-formatting to current Ministry of the Attorney General style; and a procedural checklist for what to do after filing.

What if I make a mistake?

The wizard validates required fields and flags inconsistencies. You can edit and regenerate. Pro users keep version history.

Are the forms accepted by Ontario courts?

The output is generated from the current Ministry of the Attorney General PDF templates and conforms to court filing requirements. Courts accept forms based on content compliance, not on who drafted them.

What about my data?

Drafts are encrypted at rest and never shared. You can delete any draft permanently from your account at any time.
